Update existing opensource project (WallacePOS)

I need help with installing an open-source code-named WallacePOS on my server. Also, I want to customize(receipt and label printer, Pax terminal integration, Employee Roles, fintech) and develop some functions for it. Require experience with Linux, Apache, PHP, MySQL.

Need to install Wallacepos on Windows PC(Electron APP). We want to deploy on droplet
using lib dokku with CICD From our bitbucket.

we need someone to set up an SSL certificate on the digital ocean and subdomain.
