unlock excel file (key and has expiration date) and make some simple adjustments

It is 1 file that requires;

1) unlock it (if you can) or make a file the same

2) remove expiration date (December 2023)

3) make some improvements to the file, simple things (allow input decimals) I assume that when unlocked you can do this and a couple of simple things
