UK B2B – Sales Database Building

I am launching a new payments business in the UK and need to build up a list of target companies in particular verticals – Dentists, Vets and Medical related businesses, IT services, Horticulture, Agriculture and many more. The ideal candidate will be able to work to build lists of business names, personal email addresses (ideally of a senior manager). If this is something you feel you could do please let me know
