uipath – taking data from one pdf file to google sheets

Hello,
There is one scanned pdf file with many pages, that contains on each page gross quantity and net quantity, as seen in the attached image.
I need this data from all pages, in google sheets.
I consider uipath for this, but I am opened to any suggestion.
