Two Eagle Feathers tied with leather string with beads

I would like a tattoo for the upper arm. The art is two 4.5 inch eagle feathers, feathers pointing down towards “elbow”. The feathers are wrapped and tied together at the quill with a leather string. On each leg of the loose string are three beads. One blue bead and the other five beads will be various shades of light red to pink. The feathers symbolize marriage and each bead represents a child. One boy and five girls. I would like the feathers to be slightly separated so that the beads can fall between the two feathers. One feather will cover the outer half of the bicep and the other feather will cover the outer half of the tricep. The Feather color with be brown and white (Golden Eagle Tail Feather). The Feather that goes along the tricep will have notch removed from it.
