Twilio Group SMS/MMS

Twilio has taken away group messaging capability last year and replaced it with Conversations. We need a PHP script that lets us send SMS/MMS messages to one or many recipients.

Twilio uses Conversations, Participants, and Messages to relay messages. We’re having a difficult time getting messages to group together as they all still want to send one at a time.

Awarded freelancer must use their own account and we will have it fully tested before any final release.
