Accuracy of addressing is critical to our business. Accuracy level of addressing information Nationally, where the accuracy rate is at 87.71% falling short of benchmark of 100% weekly. Increase accuracy levels of a low % local or regional depot determined by analysis by Minitab to at least 95% (target is 100%) based on the AIM audit tabs error and warning report from the current 87.71% by Dec 1st 2023 Data shows in National reporting that some depots are meeting this weekly target but not consistently and some not even close to meeting weekly target of 100% for Quality at the case. The project will show how expected targets can be met and determine what is the root for poor quality. Though the frontline drives the business and assuming that all information is correct from frontline, what causes inventory issues that in turn place a financial burden on Corporation’s income / expenditures and ability to sustain and draw additional customers. Expenditures to always address after the fact are not sustainable. There is sufficient time to measure and achieve the goal . Currently, a new created position will show that targets will greatly improve week over week whilst monitoring the audit tab and performing route updates weekly.
