turn story books into 2d animation

I am looking for a skilled animator to turn a children’s book into a cartoon-style 2D animation. The target audience for the animation is children, and while I do not have a specific book in mind, I have a few options that I am open to exploring. The preferred animation style is cartoon-style. Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
