Turn images of charts into editable charts in excel

I have a number of charts and tables that are in JPEG format but actually need to be converted into a spreadsheet and subsequently turned into editable charts and tables in Excel. This will allow me to enter this chart back into a report and do so in a way that they all have the same formatting, color, font, and I can make any adjustments as needed. They are anywhere from 15 to 50 charts that will be needed, and I am willing to pay on a per chart basis.

Attached are a number of charts that I am looking to convert, as an example, and these conclude everything from line charts to bar charts to pie charts.
