Troubleshoot and fix missing access to VM in Azure

I just migrated an older Windows Server 2008 R2 to Azure. The machine started once and I could connect via RDP, but afterwards I cannot connect. Boot diagnostic image shows that the machine in online and with window displaying “Press ctrl-alt-delete”. . I’m no expert in Azure, so I’m probably just missing some steps..

I would prefer someone who could start troubleshooting immediately.
