Trim MYSQL database via Ubuntu

My server has run out of HDD, and this is due to the MYSQL (WordPress) database getting very large.

I need someone to:
– log in to my Ubuntu server,
– find out what Table in MySQL is taking up all the space,
– show me the content in that Table. Where is it coming from?
– delete unecesseary content from the database
– resize the partition.

Should be less than 1 hour work, for someone who knows MySQL, and Ubuntu.
