trading screener ( desktop apk or in tradingview)

Hello,
I wish I had a screener that I could use in the desired market (stocks / crypto / futures / forex).
I am open to any design idea (on desktop or directly via tradingview or other).
So here I give you some ideas for the filters, I will give you the rest in private.
1) Average MOBILE X> = MM Y
2) candle closing price> = MM
3) It is necessary that the RSI (14) makes a new high but that the last low RSI> to penultimate lower RSI.
4) candle closing price> = candle opening price
5) I must be able to choose the time unit of the screener and the candles (heikein ashi or normal candle)
6) I must be able to rank according to / MACD/ volatility / volume / price range / capitalization ets

Normally, this is not complicated to do, however the important point will be with the rsi.
