To create Macros or appearing bookmark window in Word file to auto fill 5 sections to the Contract Word file

I have Word file with 3 pages Contract in two languages. I want to create a Macros that will auto fill from the Excel file or the appearing Bookmark window in our Word file such sections as Date, Company Name etc. Totally its 5 sections, that will be repeated in the different parts of the contract (for both languages these sections will appear in English in the final version of the contract).
So after entering these fields in the Excel or Word window, we need to have the final Word file with ready contract and details added automatically for both languages.
Additionally, there is a table on the 3rd page of the contract with list of products and it’s prices. I want that when making the contact we will be able to select needed products from the list (totally we have 11 products), from already prepared list with names, description and price, then choose amount of discount and the table will automatically appear in the contract with all the calculations already made in the system.

I am attaching the Word file with contract where the sections to be filled are highlighted by yellow in English and corresponding Arabic parts. And also the excel file.
