to convert mov to mp4 in react native for ios

I need to convert mov to mp4 files so that my videos that i upload to the backend are the same as android videos (mp4). Just changing the suffix .mov to mp4 and the mime-type isn’t working. because mov videos are not playable in non-quicktime depended browsers (chrome)
