We make it IMPOSSIBLE for DTC brands to not scale past $150k p/m in 88 days through TikTok Ads, Organic Marketing and Custom Creatives.

We’re looking for a Super Star Performance Marketing Manager to help us sustain the extreme growth we’ve experienced this year.

This role is for someone who knows how to grow an eCommerce business. You have experience launching and scaling TikTok advertising campaigns and have a great understanding of what makes a winning creative.

You’ll initially get paid per account you manage with the opportunity to get promoted to a full-time position in 3 months.

Qualifications:

– 3+ years experience in paid social and acquisition marketing – with specific experience in direct-to-consumer performance marketing.
– 1+ years experience in TikTok Marketing
– Experience managing over $10k/month ad spend (Be prepared to showcase live ad account results during the interview process)
– Self-directed, driven, and willing to go beyond what is asked of you to deliver results.
– Experience driving extreme growth for Shopify eCommerce brands.
– Extremely clear communication in English. You can explain marketing in plain, simple language.
– Experience juggling multiple important projects simultaneously.
– Experience requesting performance creative from influencers and video editors. You know what you like and what works, and you can clearly articulate that.
– A desire to learn and improve.
– You openly embrace feedback and failure.
– You motivate those around you to succeed.
– Bonus: Experience growing a TikTok page with over 100k followers.
– Bonus: Experience managing influencers to create content for a brand.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for building overall strategic plans for a set of client accounts, and then delivering growth. We adopt a different approach for scaling DTC brands.

Therefore key responsibilities will include:
– Managing content creators for our clients.
– Requesting performance creative from content creators and video editors.
– Communicate your feedback on how the creatives can be improved.
– Posting/Managing client TikTok pages.
– Managing client TikTok ad accounts and iterating based on performance.

Client & Team Communication:

– You will be the client’s main strategic point of contact. You’ll know their business inside out, and be able to speak fluently to why we’re doing the things we’re doing, and how it helps them.
– Communication is everything in marketing, and you’re constantly working to ensure you’re being as clear and simple as possible.
– You’ll report to clients weekly or bi-weekly, and check-in with them regularly and proactively on Slack.
– You’ll attend client check-in calls and team meetings.
– Ensure that weekly reporting is clear, clean, useful, and presentable, and deliver it to clients every week.

Strategy: Build the roadmap:

– You’ll identify the KPIs and benchmarks that we’ll focus on, and explain why they matter
– When things go off-course, you’ll think of new ideas to get them back in action
– You’ll have ideas that 10X the business, as well as insight into day-to-day optimizations.

Team Leadership:

– Help everyone upskill as fast as possible.
– Create team culture and camaraderie
– Support those who need additional help, and reward and promote those who are moving fast

For the right person, this will be an effective fast-track to a Director of Marketing or CMO role.
