three js need who can custom avatar from bvh file using

I need a professional threejs and webgl developer who can work long term with me.
We have .bvh animations generated by our self. (3D restoration based on video)
those bvh files are dynamically generated , it is no just only one file
in very animation we have one skeleton, animated forfitness , basketball or golf workouts
I will provide gltf file with 3D character rigged for our skeleton
I need to create web animation in three js for our 3D character with dynamic animation we get in bvh files
