telegram message forwarding bot

I need a telegram bot that can forward messages from one group to another, so it has to be possible to configure itself on telegram both on the computer and on the cell phone, and I want it to have the option of signing up for people.
The bot must be similar to the TeleFeed bot you have on telegram!

What the bot should have:

– Be configured by computer and/or cell phone.
– Forward message from one group to another.
– Have a command to add groups and another command to remove groups from the pass-through.
– have features that the telefeed has
– Option of the person when registering to have a free trial of 1 day (24 hours).
– After 24 hours of testing, send a message to the person with the link to pay the monthly fee.
– When 1 day (24 hours) is left for the person’s monthly fee to end, send a link again for the person to renew the monthly fee.
– When the person’s monthly fee expires, send a message informing them and the link to pay the monthly fee.
– After the 24-hour free trial, or when the person’s monthly fee expires, the bot must stop transferring and only return when the person renews the monthly fee.
