Telegram Automation

I am looking for an automation python script that allows me to make my own account to follow desired groups and channels on Telegram. I have gone through Telegram API but it requires me to authenticate my account through SMS every time I execute the script which is not what I want… I want something that can use Cookies or something similar to authenticate my account. Please push in your ideas in the cover letter. Also, do mention ‘I AM HUMAN’ on the cover letter so that I can know the bot is not replying. Looking forward to discussing with you.
