Teespring T-shirt/Product Designer

I’m looking for someone who can design a piece of unusual artwork for products which will be sold on an upcoming Teespring store linked to a big YouTube channel.
The main products will be t-shirts and mugs etc.
I’ll provide the notes and guidance and helpful files for the design but I’m looking for someone with creative flair who ideally has experience in creating designs that work well on Teespring.
If all goes well with this project, there will be another four designs to follow immediately, and possibly a lot more throughout 2023.
