Team Supervisor

US based domestic cleaning company seeking an assertive manager to direct cleaning staff and hold accountable for customer satisfaction. Will be communicating with both customers and maids while maintaining scheduling and timekeeping records for the maids assigned to clean homes, condos and apartments. Owner is remote and does not have the time to manage this business. Supervisor MUST be firm, assertive and direct in approach to supervising these workers.
