Team leader – customer service

We have a team of 8 sales and after sales people working full time in asia and are looking for a team leader. The team leader will be required to:
– motivate team, encouage good behaviours and so leadership in same
– hold regular team meetings
– review and report on team performance
– help develope good working practices
– work with QC and help coach improved behavoiyrs accross the team
– provide cover where agents are absent
This is full time long term role.
