Taxi Sharing App

I need Flutter Developer to implement two small features in my existing app! I currently have a Taxi Sharing App which is developed in Flutter and I want to add two functionalities in the existing source code. The two new functionalities are:
1. Need Push Notification
2. Add new Splash Screen
