System Analysis & Design

For this project, you are to Analyze and Design (at a high level) Systems for a Grocery Store.

This project is expect to be a total of about 10 pages (including charts and diagrams).
As a minimum:

You must include the following four systems:

Transactional System – process an order

Human Resource System – schedule employees

Loyalty System – track customer loyalty

Supply Chain System – keep inventory on the shelves
For each of these systems, you must write a high level business case. Identify a few possible internal and external factors that can effect these systems. Briefly discuss your business case.

For each of these systems you will need to create a use case diagram. Briefly discuss your use case diagrams.

For each of these systems, you must create a simple high level business process diagram. Briefly discuss your business process diagram.

For each of these systems, you must create a simple data flow diagram. Briefly discuss your data flow diagram.

For the Loyalty system, detail out a few basic object models for the system. Briefly discuss your object models.
