Sunday laravel task

I have an existing laravel site, which runs an algorithm for the planning of workers. There are some requirements for this planning, like considering

1. vacation days
2. operators can work in teams (2-3-4 persons)
3. each slot needs to have 1 doctor
4. all operators should have approx the same number of shifts

The current code is not running good, so i want a NEW code for this. I do NOT want to edit this code. Only apply if you can work sunday on this
