Succession Planning AI project

I am looking for a freelancer to create an AI project for the taxation aspects of Succession Planning. I am open to suggestions about what tech to use, but am looking for an experienced and knowledgeable partner with strong AI NLP expertise (e.g. GBT-4) skills. The timeline for implementing the AI project into my succession planning process is short-term (4-6 months). The project goals are to create a knowledge base which with a customised LLM.
