Styling or customize WordPress framework template to match the other website's design

I need someone who is able to style/customise a WordPress template (NT Blue or any framework template that is similar) to look exactly like the other Woocommerce’s (online shopping cart – The Service theme) design layout in terms of look and feel. It may involve page builder WPBakery Page Builder installed on the Woocommerce products to style product page as well.
