Stripe Express payment system integration

We need assistance in setting up a STRIPE Express payment system into our WordPress website that uses a HOMEY template. We are a marketplace that allows hosts to advertise their Campervans for rental and customers come through our platform to rent them. We need a process that allows us to take payments and deposits, hold the money and then distribute it upon completion to multiple different bank accounts. We need to be able to take our commission, charge a service fee and also allow the insurance company to take their fee. I think STRIPE Express can offer this.
