Statistical Analysis (SPSS) for Master's Research Project

Good evening, I am looking for support in statistically analyzing a spreadsheet.

I am researching room utilisation in a building and need help to analyse the categorical and numerical data like log-in time, means, who uses office most, what time are office used etc.
