Spokes person for elearning

We are a training provider that offers online and in-person courses on Health and safety topics.
We want to create learning videos and need a spokesperson to present them. We want to quote a spokesperson video on white or green screen, Script will be provided. If you provide editing and adding background videos, text, and images please also include this quotation in your proposal.
