The Audio Module in the eCard Program is Obsolete because MP3s placed in it used to run on Flash before it went out for Everyone. I have a Budget to work with for the right Freelancer. About $100.00AUD.

It is for an Audio Module only, in the eCard Program I have. Everything else runs perfectly but Flash now Obsolete to Play Audio Files.
