Software app needs update

I am looking for a programmer. I have an existing application which is currently C#, on .Net with a MySQL database. Also visual studio.net environment.
Ii needs to be updated so it can operate on current windows platform. I have code, a demo video and also a very cumulative user manual which shows functionality.
