Senior Social Media Manager – W4 Management

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and forward-thinking Social Media Manager to join our international and fast-growing creative team in a completely remote position.

W4 Management is an American conglomerate of premium ecommerce brands, based in NYC and with a remote team that encompasses different countries around the world.

Responsibilities

-Grow and engage with the online community.
-Obtain conversions in line with KPIs and monthly objectives
-Strategic ad management in significant platforms (TikTok, IG, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest)
-Create a relevant content calendar with a key moment in alignment with the consumer insights with a deep understanding of the brand.
-Ensure organic content campaigns, focused on social media, are adapted to all social media platforms.
-Create and manage high-performance digital ads
-Engage with the target audience and ensure that the community is always growing

Necessary Duties include the following:

-Develop and manage digitally owned activities within the company’s digital platforms.
-Analyze organic content campaign performance and suggest improvements.
-Collaborating with the Creative Department to improve the aesthetic layout.
-Define and design a social content calendar aligned with the needs and requirements provided by the Creative Team.
-Provide regular monitoring and reporting of the content campaign and database performance. based on the ——-KPIs defined by the Creative Director and Operations team.
-Ensure alignment with business priorities and internal stakeholders.
-Follow specific brand guidelines and requirements to ensure consistency.
-Alignment with the operations department to understand and answer the needs of our community.
-Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across multiple media – paid search, display, video, and -social platforms
-Manage all aspects of campaign configuration, launch, and ongoing optimization – including strategy, ad copywriting, data-based optimization, budget/billing management, and ad trafficking
-Ensure campaigns are meeting clearly defined conversion objectives

Qualifications

-Professional English speaker. C1 level
-Proven experience in growing and managing a community with outstanding results.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within premium brands or creative agencies.
-Growth and solution-based mentality
-Experience with Social Marketing tools such as Hootsuite/Emplifi/metricool.
-Curious and full of new ideas.
-Have a strong desire to learn and add value to the team
-Have worked within platforms including Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads, (understanding Meta ad backend environment)
-Have reliable computer/internet access
