Smart file manager for an architect studio

I like to have a smart file manger for my architecture studio.
I need a solution to keep track of my work directtory and files plus a very simple customer records.
Basic my app would work like lucion filecenter without the scan and ocr part. Plus a sweet mole client record. Linked to the project
