Small Personal CRM integrated with mysms api

I need to build a small personal CRM that will send wishes to my client through the MySMS Api.

I have attached the pdf of ux design

That CRM the only thing that I want to do is to send wishes automatically when one of my clients has birthdays or has nameday via the MySMS API service or through the email.
(different wishes (text) for birthday and different for nameday)

You can use any framework you want but the primary language should be php.

If you have any question I would like to discuss but first I would like to read carefully what I want, and then we will talk.
