Simple trigger which monitors a value on a web page and if it changes then plays a sound

I am looking for a developer who can create a simple trigger that can monitor a specific value on a website and play a sound when that value changes. The project requires the following skills and experience:

– Proficiency in JavaScript or other programming language
– Knowledge of web scraping and monitoring tools
– Ability to customize sound files or suggest appropriate sound types based on my preferences

Specifically, I have a website and value in mind that I want to monitor. The developer should be able to use JavaScript/another language to create a script that can check for changes in the value and trigger a sound/alert.
