Simple iOS/Android App for Bluetooth WiFi Provisioning

I am in the process of creating a digital e-ink picture frame. This device is based on a ESP32 microcontroller.

Before a user can use it, the device must be provided with a Wi-Fi SSID and a passphrase. Provisioning is done via Bluetooth Low Energy. Everything on the microcontroller side is already done. An app (iOS and Android) is required for this process.

Requirements:
– Development of an App for IOS/Android
– Flutter / React Native is probably the best idea
– Ready for Store-Upload (App-Store, Play-Store)

Milestones:
– Milestone 1: App should work as described in the Figma file.
– Milestone 2: Fine-Tune Design
– Milestone 3: Testing
– Milestone 4: Helping with uploading to the App-Stores

Requirements for the developer:
– Experience in multi-platform app development (Flutter/React Native)
– Experience with Bluetooth/Wi-Fi Classes
– Experience in providing pixel-perfect UI is a plus.

I am looking for an independent freelancer (not a company) who is motivated. Before work will start I would like to have a quick interview via remote call. There are more features and ideas in the pipelines. So i am looking for a long term business relationship.
