Simple Dropshipping Website

We need to create a new website and we think Shopify could be the platform. The website will include all products from www.reikowireless.com. The website needs to be created with security because is only for an organization members. They need to create an account and have a valid ID and a valid ID number that will be given to us by the organization. Maybe they can upload their government ID. Obvoiusly we need to confirm their email at the creation of the account. All normal interactions between the website and the new user needs to be included when created an account and when make a purchase. Payment gateways will be the standard that offers Shopify. The freelancer needs to proof previous experience with similar websites. The freelancer needs to be able to work during USA East Coast timezone because we will contact him/her with the IT department of Reiko. What we need is something simple. Is important that we need to clear all orders daily and Reiko requires that we pay them before they deliver the merchandise. So we’ll need some reports to make that work on a daily basis as well as have the standard report of sale by item, hours, etc. We are not sure if Reiko provides a tracking number but you can ask them. THE MOST EASY AND ECONOMICALLY POSSIBLE. This will be a test for us. If its going well, we will expand quickly with other products, customers and procedures. But at this point we just need the basics to run this ASAP.
