Should modify our blockchain project and add OTP generation module via email in the middle using python and HTML of the project

My blockchain project is currently completed and I need an OTP module added to it. My preference is Time-based OTP with email integration being the primary requirement. Of course, security features should be taken into consideration. This project requires someone knowledgeable in Python, HTML and has experience in OTP generation.
