Short PLC task -under 10 rungs- modification

I am looking to modify an existing PLC ladder diagram. The modification I require focuses on optimizing the existing diagram rather than creating a new one. It is a Ladder diagram for a coffee machine. Work can be done by software or a sketch on a piece of paper. Whatever is easier for you. Deadline in 10 hours.
