Shopify store template

We are building a store for boostproductsusa.com and need a template design for it. We will handle product upload ourselves, though we do need 30 collections created like the 12 + 15 + 3 collections seen at the top of https://www.boost-products.eu/ . We are looking for a modern design which gives us good flexibility to adjust content on the home page, such as hero images, features products, etc.

In terms of navigation and layout, we are open to suggestions, though having a good search functionality centrally located is important. Do not be guided by the existing boost-products.eu necessarily except for the broad color scheme and logo.
