Shopify Expert for to assist with link US and Canada Site

We have a US store and created another one for Canada customers, but we need to assistance with integrating the stores more. We have questions in regards to app integration, emailing customers, customer service. Ideally we can have both sites integrated so that when we send out emails or anything it goes to both. Just need an expert to speak to and assist with a few things.
