shoe design I-1 second

I need
*a shoe sketch base on my design
*5 vue (side, front, up, bock, down)
*file AI

*the shoe in 3d format.
*size 44

My conditions are
*I need unlimited révisions
*design must be valide by 2 persons
-I will valid the design.
-my shoemaker must valid the design thats important
-you have to ask him for size, format ,differents parts etc…
*i will give you the contact details of my shoemaker ; u have to contact him for all details

*need to know timeline and cost ?
