Shipping website with API

We are looking for a professional website to ship a parcel, pallet, container.
Parcel – one API (we deliver ready to work API)
Container – the database will be provided with rates by weight and by the shipping country (XML)
The website should look and works similarly to www.furgonetka.pl (please check English version)
All details are provided in the attachment.
Project delivery time up to 1 month.
We do not accept any offer per hour.
The winner can be only the person/company who can look after the completed website and fix the glitch if any.
