Seven segment display Image processing mobile app

Is it possible to extract the digits from a seven segment display board using the mobile camera and print the numbers on a label printing machine
Considering the mobile is kept fixed so that the display can be read and the image being read must processed in real time
I have attached an image if the unit which needs to be read
Please let me know if we can achieve this on an android app
