Setup Wplms.io into multisite

I am looking for help to set up a Wplms.io multisite and to up all the setting needed :

1. 3 users level ,
– super admin
– admin
– branch admin (new)
The branch admin can is like instructor, allow to add students and approval student in the course
2. only 1 login at one place at one time . Unique login .
3. Insert logo
4. Change colour to blue theme
5. setting with PayPal
6. The students can register on their own but approve my instructor to the course.
7. The instructor can register on their own but approve by branch admin and super admin .
8. Multisite Under the subdomain
