Setup, Secure and Configure custom VPN based on VPS

Hello, friends!
I have a clear VPS with good IP (not listed in blacklists etc).
I’m looking for some professional to install, secure and configure my own VPN.
The goal is the connection type to be like normal connection without any proxy or VPN indicators and to use it like a dedicated IP address.
