setup custom form and integration payment

so i am building a car shipping website and on homepage there will be a button called “get a qoute”
he can fill the form that from where and to where car has to be shipped with other contact info and then all the info comes and when we give the qoute it should go to the customer mail id with payment gateway of the same qoute provided so user can pay easily
