Set Up a Video Looper on a Raspberry Pi (Very Easy, just follow tutorials)

I would like to set up a Raspberry Pi video looper.

There are many tutorials but I always have bad luck when trying to follow them so i would like to have someone create the looper and then send a copy of the memory card so that I can just upload it to mine and it will work (I think that would work, right?).

I would also like to know whether this would work on a Raspberry Pi Zero or a cheaper device than my current Raspberry Pi 3B because I would like to make many copies.
