Server getting time from CMOS. Need it to pull from time.nist.gov

I did an in-place upgrade from 2012 r2 to 2019. There is a GPO (found out afterwards) setup by the MSP for NPT. I used https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/windows-server/identity/configure-authoritative-time-server to set it up and it is still pulling from CMOS. I would like to remote someone in to fix it.
