SEO and Design Finesse

I have built a website through wordpress for my burglar alarm company that I started. Our main focus is Burglar alarm system but we do many other things including wiring homes, audio and video, access control, and smart home integrations. I am looking for somebody to help with the seo aspect and fine tuning several elements of the website. The website is slow to load and I would also like someone to add their design ideas and make the website much more inviting. Open to comments and critiques as well as advice that would benefit my company.
